Terms of Service
Last updated: March 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Brassline Collective website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this service. You must be a legal resident of a state where we are permitted to ship ammunition, and you must be legally allowed to purchase and possess ammunition under federal and state law. By creating an account or committing to a drop, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or terminate service if we believe you do not meet these criteria.
3. Membership
Brassline Collective offers three membership tiers: Free ($0), Collective ($60 per year, $5/mo billed annually), and Arsenal ($108 per year, $9/mo billed annually). Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Paid membership unlocks member pricing on drops, access to the Private Arsenal, BrassPoints rewards, and other tier benefits as described on the site. You may cancel your paid membership at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not prorate or refund membership fees for partial periods.
4. Drop Commitments
When you commit to a drop, you authorize Brassline Collective to charge your saved payment method when the drop is triggered (i.e., when the pallet quantity is met and the buy window opens). Your commitment is not a charge at the time you commit; it is an authorization to charge the stated amount when the drop triggers. You may change the quantity of your commitment or cancel your commitment at any time before the drop is triggered. Once a drop is triggered and your payment is processed, standard order and refund policies apply. If you do not have a valid saved payment method at the time a drop triggers, we may cancel your commitment and fill your spot from the waitlist.
5. California Members
California members who do not hold their own FFL will have ammunition shipped to the designated drop FFL for that drop. You are responsible for completing any required background check and transfer at the FFL. California members who hold their own FFL and are eligible for direct shipment must provide accurate, current FFL license information. We manually verify FFL licenses before authorizing direct shipment. Misrepresentation of your FFL status—including providing false license information or claiming direct-ship eligibility when you do not hold a valid FFL—is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported as appropriate.
6. Restricted States
Service is not available in the following states (and the District of Columbia): New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, Hawaii, Maryland, and DC. We do not ship ammunition directly to these jurisdictions under current law. If you move to a restricted state after joining, you must notify us; your account will be suspended for drop participation until and unless we are able to offer service in your state. You may remain on the waitlist for your state if we offer one.
7. Payments
All payments are processed via Stripe. By saving a payment method, you authorize Brassline Collective to charge that method for (1) drop purchases when a drop you have committed to is triggered, (2) membership fees if you are on a paid tier, and (3) BrassPoints redemptions or other services you initiate. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Failed payments may result in cancellation of your commitment or suspension of your account. Disputes and chargebacks may result in immediate account termination.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose. Straw purchases—buying ammunition on behalf of someone who is not eligible to purchase—are prohibited and may be reported to authorities. Resale of ammunition purchased through Brassline Collective is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws; you may not resell in a manner that requires a license (e.g., as a dealer) unless you hold the appropriate license and comply with all regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any conduct we deem harmful to the collective or in violation of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brassline Collective and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service and may close your account.
